Amy Russell is a passionate and experienced Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) specialist whose career spans the non-profit and corporate sectors. Amy has led DEI strategies, launched impactful global DEI initiatives, and driven organisational transformation through advising and influencing key decision-makers, collaborating with diverse teams, and engaging communities. She’s worked with leaders across industries, driving policy changes, spearheading innovative new programmes, and delivering impactful training solutions. 

Amy thrives on combining strategy with storytelling, and excels at crafting innovative, practical approaches to inclusion and turning ideas into impactful action. Her journey has taken her across the globe, working on grassroots initiatives and immersing herself in diverse communities. She’s supported marginalised groups in India, developed mentoring programmes to empower women in Bangladesh, and led a world-leading women’s leadership programme in Hong Kong. These experiences have given Amy a unique perspective on the power of inclusion and the importance of cultural understanding. Amy is also a talented writer and editor, with strong communication skills honed through years of creating engaging content, crafting messaging for diverse audiences, and ensuring clarity and impact in everything she produces. Currently, she’s channelling her creative side into writing a novel – a project that reflects her lifelong love of storytelling. You’ll also find her enjoying the great outdoors – either hiking, playing tennis, or camping, as well as playing guitar, spending time with her young daughter, or soaking up inspiration from the world around her.
