Rachael is an accessibility and work culture thought leader, living in York, England. From managing accessibility focused projects, to facilitating events and researching world-leading best practice as a Churchill Fellow, Rachaels experience spans decades of lived experience of disability and the barriers disabled people face to access education and the workplace, and over ten years of professional experience in multiple people focused industries.
Rachael led accessibility focused projects including the first on-schedule disabled-led London Fashion Week show in February 2023 and accessibility advisory for New Philanthropy Capitals ‘Open Philanthropy Network Toolkit’ defining a new grant giving process. Supporting under-served communities, and helping those whose voices are routinely dismissed from conversations is at the heart of everything she does.
