Sellisha has over seven years of experience supporting organisations on their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) journeys through consulting, in-house roles, and voluntary work. Her work spans a wide range of DEI interventions, including redesigning recruitment processes, delivering training sessions, conducting DEI audits, developing progressive policies, managing impactful campaigns, and leading systemic culture change.

A strong advocate for anti-discriminatory practice and intersectionality, Sellisha specialises in advancing gender and race equity. She has designed and delivered strategies that help organisations become actively anti-racist, improve gender equity, and prioritise the voices of those most marginalised.

Sellisha lives in the mountains of Nagano, Japan, where she enjoys the peaceful surroundings with her family.
