We partner with Organise – a social enterprise online platform used by more than 1 million workers in the UK – to surface insights from workers across all sectors and industries. Organise is used by members across all parts of the UK, at all job seniorities and across all sectors and industries. We have more than 10,000 workers in 11 industries including hospitality and retail

Identify the segment you want to work with. We can survey workplaces; yours and your peers, industries and sectors and add demographic granularity too.

Understand your needs for breadth and depth. Every Organise survey is bespoke to your needs and we will send you a recommended approach and set of questions for your input before the survey launches. We will usually combine a large scale quantitative survey with qualitative commentary from survey takers.

Host the survey. Organise’s custom-built technology complies with all relevant data protection regulations. Our strength as a separate platform to the employer, with identity protections, boosts confidence in sharing honestly.
